Kathy Belmonte is a graduate of the Florida Trust School and holds the designations of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor and Accredited Estate Planner®. Kathy’s community involvement includes the Board of Trustees of The Saunders Foundation, the Lifepath Hospice Women of Philanthropy and Ambassador Committee, the Legacy Council of the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay and the Professional Advisory Committee of the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay. Kathy is a member and past President of the Tampa Bay Estate Planning Council and is a past president of the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils. Kathy also serves on the Board of Directors of the Tampa Club.
Susan serves as Managing Principal of the Tampa team. Her wealth management experience spans 20 years in a variety of leadership capacities in trust, banking and investment management. She has been extremely committed to the communities she serves, having served on numerous boards such as Girls Inc, Sarasota Memorial Hospital Healthcare Foundation, and Giving Matters. Susan graduated from Michigan State University and completed an Executive Scholar concentration at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. She holds the Certified Wealth Strategist designation from the Cannon School.
Travis Brown earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and real estate from Florida State University and a Master of Science in finance from the University of Tampa. Travis is an affiliate member of CFA Tampa Bay and a candidate in the CFA program. Travis enjoys giving back to the St. Petersburg community through his volunteer efforts with St. Anthony’s Hospital where he serves on the Board of Trustees of the St. Anthony’s Hospital Foundation. In addition, he works with Pinellas County Schools serving as a business mentor to students in the Academy of Finance at Northeast High School.
Brian Ceras is committed to serving the St. Petersburg community. As a member of the Northeast Exchange Club, he is actively involved in improving the lives of children and in the prevention of child abuse. Brian is also a member of the Suncoast Estate Planning Council. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, is a graduate of the Florida Bankers Association Graduate Trust School, and holds the designation of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. Brian has nearly a decade of experience in trust administration and investment management.
Lucas DeVicente is a fifth-generation resident of St. Petersburg and is deeply committed to the community. He is a graduate of Leadership St. Pete and an active volunteer with the Mayor’s Mentors program. Lucas serves on the Board of Trustees for the St. Petersburg Museum of History, and is a member of the Morean Arts Center Ambassadors Group. He also serves on the Boy Scouts Distinguished Citizens Award Committee. Lucas received his BS in Business and his Master’s in International Business from the University of Florida. He is a holder of the Certified Financial Planner™ designation and a graduate of the Florida Banker’s Trust School.
Kimberly Early commits her personal time to her church and to youth activities, as a trustee and co-chair for CASA’s annual Peace Breakfast as well as a member of the Planned Giving Committee for the Children’s Dream Fund. Kimberly is a past president of the Home & School Association at St. Raphael Catholic School and remains active with this group. She provides more than a decade of experience in investment management. Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida and is a graduate of the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University.
Larry Fasan serves the community through his work as an Advisory Board Member for the Salvation Army St Petersburg Area Command, for Tampa Bay Watch, and for the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay, Inc. He is a professional partner for the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation and a member of the Suncoast Estate Planning Council. Larry earned a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and is a graduate of the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University. Larry has more than 30 years of experience in trust administration and investment management.
Jennifer Garbowicz serves the community through her commitment to St. Anthony’s Hospital where she is a lifetime member of the Auxiliary and serves on the Board of Trustees of the St. Anthony’s Hospital Foundation. She serves on the Board of Directors as Immediate Past President of CFA Society Tampa Bay. Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree from Eckerd College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tampa. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, is a member of the CFA Institute, and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association National Trust School.
Erik holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Tampa Bay Society of Financial Analysts. After earning his B.S. in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Vermont, Erik worked in investment management and research in New York City. Since 2004, Erik has served in senior investment consulting roles in Northern and Central Florida. Erik is interested in a variety of humanitarian and environmental causes and he looks forward to furthering these commitments within the Tampa/St. Petersburg community.
Susan Hines is a Principal in our Sarasota Office with more than 25 years of experience working alongside individuals, families, and charitable organizations developing and administering their personal estate and wealth management plans. Susan earned a B.S. degree in Business Management, with high honors, from the University of Florida Business School, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Law School. Susan is also an honor graduate of the ABA’s National Trust School at Northwestern University. She is a licensed attorney in Florida and a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Sarasota County Bar Association, where she currently serves as President-Elect of its South County Division. Susan is also a Leadership Sarasota Graduate, an active member of the Southwest Florida Estate Planning Council and a past-Chairman of the Venice Area Estate Planning Council. She is passionate about financial literacy and youth development and has committed her time and expertise in the community as a Board Member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Sarasota County, the Gulf Coast Community Foundation, and as a classroom educator for Junior Achievement.
Bryant serves as President and CEO of Sabal Trust Company and brings 17 years of experience in the trust and wealth management arena. Bryant received a Bachelor of Science from The University of Alabama and an MBA from Emory University. He is also a graduate of the Tuck Executive Program at Dartmouth College. Bryant has always been passionate about community involvement and is actively searching for volunteer opportunities now that he has relocated to the Tampa Bay area.
Charles Kard, a lifelong resident of St. Petersburg, is deeply committed to the Tampa Bay community. He supports child abuse prevention and other causes through his involvement in the Exchange Club of St. Petersburg, where he is a Past President. Mr. Kard is a member of CFA Tampa Bay and the Suncoast Estate Planning Council, and is an active member, Past President and Finance Chairman of his church. Mr. Kard graduated from Stetson University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and has over a decade of experience in investment management.
Beth Knowles demonstrates her commitment to the community by giving her personal time and expertise to a variety of organizations, including serving on the Board of Trustees of the Suncoast Hospice Foundation for more than 20 years. She is a member of Business and Professional Women/St. Petersburg – Pinellas and serves on the St. Petersburg Palladium Advisory Committee. Beth also participates in the Pinellas County Estate Planning Council. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida and completed National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University. Beth has more than 35 years of experience in trust administration.
Ron Koepsel serves the community by volunteering as a board member with the Southwest Florida Planned Giving Council; as a trustee with the All Children’s Hospital Foundation Board; and as a board member of the Southwest Florida Estate Planning Council. Ron earned a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University and a Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University, and he is a licensed attorney in both Illinois and Florida. Ron holds a Certified Trust and Financial Services Advisor designation and is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Sarasota County Bar Association.
Gerry Lachnicht is dedicated to his community through service on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity Lake-Sumter, FL and as a supervisor for the Sumter Landing Community Development District. He is a member of the Mid-Florida Estate Planning Council and the Estate Planning Council of Marion County. Kari Mainelli is dedicated to her community through service on the Board of Directors for American Stage Theater Company as well as Suncoast Voices for Children, where she currently serves as treasurer. Kari currently serves on the Operational Support committee for Lutheran Church of the Cross, where she is a past treasurer. She is a sustaining member of the Junior League of St. Petersburg and has served as a big sister in the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization. She is a member and past president of Suncoast Estate Planning Council, serves as Chair of the board of the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg and is an active member and past president of the Rotary Club of St. Petersburg. She serves on the Parish Finance Council at St. Jude Cathedral. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Erskine College and is a graduate of the Florida Graduate Trust School. Susan attended the Executive Education Program at the Darden School of Business. Susan’s experience in investment management spans more than two decades.
Lowe Morrison is committed to improving the communities and the environment in his native west coast of Florida. He is a trustee of the Frank E. Duckwall Foundation; a member of the Board of Trustees of Mote Marine Laboratory; and a member of the Board of Directors of New College Foundation, Inc.; and he serves on the Advisory Council of Tampa Bay Watch. Lowe received a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. Lowe has more than 25 years of investment management experience.
Andre is a graduate of Boston University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts with a dual degree in Economics and International Relations. He is a holder of the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation and a graduate of the Cannon Trust School. Andre brings more than 10 years of experience in trust administration and investment management to The Villages team. Andre has been a passionate member of several civic organizations and recently has made The Villages his home.
Greg serves as Senior Portfolio Manager of the Sabal Trust Dividend Growth Portfolio strategy. Greg brings with him 20 years of portfolio management experience in the trust, asset management and mutual fund industries. After receiving a Bachelor of Science from Missouri State University, he went on to receive an MBA from The Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. Greg has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, and is a certified Investment Analyst® professional. Active in the community, Greg has been a youth sports coach and a volunteering board member of charitable organizations. Currently, he is searching for volunteer opportunities now that he has relocated to the Tampa Bay area.

He received a Bachelor of Arts from Lehigh University and an MBA from the University of South Florida, and he completed the Executive Education program at the University of Virginia’s Graduate School of Business. Scott is a member of the CFA Institute and a past president of CFA Tampa Bay. Scott is involved in a variety of charitable and philanthropic organizations in the Tampa Bay area. He serves on the board of the Conn Memorial Foundation and on the Investment Committee of the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA.
Brent enjoys giving back to the St. Petersburg community through his work on the Board of Trustees of the Police Athletic League, a charity committed to providing the underprivileged youth of St. Petersburg with the opportunity to become involved with positive activities such as athletics, recreation and education. Brent earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northwestern State University in Louisiana. He is a 2010 graduate of the Florida Bankers Association Graduate Trust School. Lisa has been active in local community service organizations and recently has made The Villages her home.
