Gerard J. Lachnicht

Gerry Lachnicht earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance from Florida International University. He has over thirty years of investment management experience, holds the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation and is also is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He also spent several years as an Adjunct Professor of Finance for Florida Atlantic University. Gerry is dedicated to his community, serving as a supervisor for the Sumter Landing Community Development District and as chair of the district government Investment Advisory Committee, offering advice and guidance to the District Financial Officer. He is also a voting member of the Sumter County Industrial Development Authority, serves on the board of the Tri-County Estate Planning Council of The Villages, and serves on the board of FL PALM, a cash management and short-term investment program for Florida Public Agency investors.
