Preasley L. Simkins

Preasley Simkins is a cum laude graduate of the University of Alaska, Anchorage, having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Preasley also earned her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law and her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama. She is the Chief Fiduciary Officer and Managing Principal in our St. Petersburg office and has more than 15 years of experience working with families in trust administration, estate settlement and family office services. Preasley is a member of the Tampa Bay Watch Leadership Council, a group of environmentally conscious citizens who serve and advocate for a healthy Tampa Bay watershed. She is also a volunteer for Southeastern Guide Dogs.
